This project showcases the power of architectural reinvention: the comprehensive conversion of an existing garden pool house into a completely independent, luxurious residence in Hookwood. Our team stripped the original leisure outbuilding back to its structural bones, entirely reconfiguring the internal layout while upgrading the insulation, glazing, and services to meet strict UK residential building regulations. Featuring grand vaulted ceilings, custom internal joinery, and expansive glazing that overlooks the manicured gardens, this clever conversion blends high-end luxury with functional living, turning an underutilised outbuilding into a magnificent self-contained asset.
